Ramona's Kid Sister: Gloria Ray

Ramona Sarsgaard became a big sister on April 19th! Gloria Ray was born to Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard.

Born on the last day of Aries, Mlle. Kiddie can't be sure if Gloria is officially an Aries or a Taurus, as the sun changed signs at about noon. Whatever the case, she's got Aries covered, with three planets in this sign, including the moon. With a quick-acting Aries moon and quick thinking Gemini south node, she's likely to be into everything!

She's also likely to be a creative thinker, with the planet of thought, Mercury, so close to Uranus, the planet of invention. He parents will soon see that she will put an unusual spin on situations she's seeing and trying to make sense of. She'll have her own ideas about the explanations for things in the world around her. This Mercury and Uranus team is the very definition of "think outside the box." Marcia Cross' Terrific Twins

Marcia Cross, recently interviewed for Scholastic's Parent & Child Magazine, says, as do most parents of twins, that Eden and Savannah, are "completely different!"

“Though twins, they’re completely different! One of them recently started karate and watching her first tournament blew me away. The other one is into dance. You have to be open to the different directions they take.”

It's been a long-standing theory among astrologers that twins, sharing practically identical birth charts, may live out different parts of the chart they share, in order to individuate. While a birth time is not publicly known for the almost 5-year-old twins, through their wealth of planets in Pisces, including creative Venus, one of the twins might be channeling that gentle and graceful Pisces into dance (probably Eden, is Mlle. Kiddie's guess from looking at pics like these) while the other adds a little kick-butt Aries Moon to the mix with karate.

Both of them may enjoy physical activity that has a clear structure and a goal, whether it's to continue to improve in skill or having their progress recognized by awards, with Mars in Capricorn, a sign that wants to excel.

Happy Birthday Aries Kids!

The Sun is in Aries from March 20th to April 20th this year. Happy birthday to all those Aries kiddos (and mommies and daddies)!

Aries children embody the burst of life and energy that is representative of the first sign of the new year. They are learning an approach to life that is about not holding back, but developing courage as they unabashedly leap before they look.

Not all Aries children are daredevils from the get go, nor are all of them inclined to display their Aries traits in primarily a physical way, but the classic image of Aries is the child leaping from the counter shouting "Look Ma, no hands!" They are meant to live life with no reserves, so they often don't think things through or act with caution, and they don't hold back when demanding what they want from you or anyone else! Aries Michael Wahlberg turned five years old this week. With his Moon in Sagittarius, another fiery and impulsive sign, his instincts to throw himself into life and just 'see what happens' with a playful attitude are going to grow as he gets older. Grandma Martha Stewart!

Martha Stewart is officially a grandma since her daughter, Alexis, welcomed a baby girl via surrogate. Pisces baby Jude came into the world early on March 8th, 2011.

It's unclear where baby Jude was born, so Mlle. Kiddie has defaulted to New York City, where mom Alexis lives. She's got a wealth of Pisces planets including the Sun, Mars, Mercury, and Uranus. If she was actually born in New York City, all these planets, as well as Neptune, will be in her 3rd house, which represents the things in our lives that we do to learn and communicate. Her mind will work in Piscean ways, which means this girl will have an incredible imagination.

Not only that, but Mercury, the planet of the mind and learning, is in Pisces and right next to Uranus, which is a planet of innovation. This is going to be one determined little girl! Big Sister Frances Pen

Amanda Peet, who recently gave birth to Molly June, says big sister Frances "Frankie" Pen is still adjusting as a big sister:

"It's been good; she's a little more moody than usual but it's not directed at the baby. It's more like, 'Frankie eat your broccoli,' and she starts screaming. She wants to have a baby in her belly and she wants to breastfeed."

While Frankie is a Pisces, her moon is in the sign of Aries, along with her Mars in Capricorn, two energies that indicate a desire to take charge and do things her way. With a moon in Aries, Frankie might be feeling a little competitive and left out, so there's a chance that she might want to be the one having the baby in her belly and breastfeeding to regain a sense of feeling important.
