Florence has the Sun, Mercury, and Pluto all in Capricorn, so she may tend to be serious-minded and thinks carefully about what she is going to say and how she wants to say it before she expresses her opinions and ideas. Also, Mercury is in retrograde motion in her chart, which means that when Florence was born, Mercury appeared to be moving backward in its orbit through the sky.
Of course, the planets don't change directions. We view the sky and its heavenly bodies from earth and we're orbiting the sun just like the other planets are so sometimes it looks like we're overtaking another planet on the solar system freeway. That can give us the visual impression that the planet we overtake is actually moving backward, when in fact, we're passing it as we both travel in our own orbit "lanes" around the sun.
Mercury represents our mind and our voice - how we think and how we communicate - and the sign it's in can describe the style in which we do that. When Mercury (or any planet) is retrograde, it expresses its symbolism in a chart a little differently than usual. If can often seem like it takes more time to mentally process what one thinks or wants to say. This isn't due to lack of intelligence or any serious setbacks necessarily--it can often simply be that this person thinks things through longer.
Florence's Mercury is in a square to the planet Uranus in the impulsive and straightforward sign of Aries, which is also her moon sign. This can change Mercury's tune a little bit since Uranus in Aries tends to bring sudden bursts of energy - so watch out! When Florence is ready to be heard, she'll shout it from the rooftops!

- Singer Michael Bublé and wife Luisana Lopilato welcomed their second baby, an Aquarius son named Elias, on January 22nd.
- Tyra Banks and her boyfriend Erik Asla welcomed a baby via gestational surrogate, an Aquarius (or Capricorn!?) son named York. Tyra announced the birth on January 27th.
Since there is no birth time published for Florence, a noon chart has been used. However, an exact birth time must be known to calculate the houses and ascendant in a natal chart, so only planets in signs have been discussed.
