April CeleBaby Round Up Featuring Zoe Dylan Nicholas

Thomas Ian Nicholas (American Pie) and his wife Colette welcomed their second child, Zoë Dylan on April 13!

Zoe's Sun-Uranus conjunction in Aries is the mark of a true original. With Venus in Gemini, Keeva might just be a little bit of a flirt! Venus' placement in a natal chart can reveal the ways someone most easily relates to others, and a Venus-in-Gemini child will like to reach out and be curious about others. Looks like the third time is a charm (ok, the other two were pretty great, too) for Matthew McConaughey and his wife Camilla Alves. They welcomed their third child, Livingston, on December 28th.

Livingston is bound to grow into quite a powerhouse personality. Although he entered the world with a laid-back Taurus south node, his Sun and Pluto are conjunct in the focused sign of Capricorn. When a planet is closely connected with the Sun as in a conjunction, it infuses itself into the core qualities of a person's personality, and Pluto, at its best, embodies strength and courage--courage to be his truest self and live according to his convictions with intensity.

Mars in his first house of self also indicates that this is a strong motivator: living according to one's truest self, even if it doesn't make one popular or always well-liked. He'll probably have no problem with that, however, with friendly Venus in lighthearted Sagittarius. Yet, with a Capricorn Ascendant he'll often come across to others as motivated, serious, and even a little unintentionally intimidating. Happy Birthday Nahla & Jagger

Mlle. Kiddie is seeing double with both Pisces Nahla Aubry and Pisces Jagger Goldberg celebrating birthdays this week. They were born just a day apart and are turning 3 years old!

Being born only a day apart means their charts will look pretty similar, but while they are both Pisceans, Nahla's moon is in the sign of Cancer while Jagger's is in the sign of Leo, creating a very different dynamic. Pisces kids tend to be imaginative and tender, and as a water sign, they are more emotionally-oriented. Coupled with another water sign, a Cancer moon, Nahla is comforted and gives comfort and love by being protective, probably enjoying lots of hugs and cuddle time, and taking care of her mom, Halle, just as much as she is taken care of. With double water signs, her emotional sensitivity is increased as well as her instinct toward tenderness and kindness.

Pisces coupled with the moon sign Leo, as in Jagger's chart, accentuates the imagination of Pisces as well as the playfulness. Leo is a fire sign and can tend toward the dramatic as it loves to express itself, so Soleil Moon Frye might just have an actress on her hands! She may also likely be a little more dominant of a personality than Pisces may normally be, since Pisces likes to 'go with the flow' but Leo likes to be King (or, ahem, Queen) of all they survey. It is sometimes very easy to enjoy being around Pisces because of their sweetness and easy-going attitude, and with a Leo moon, Jagger probably knows how to lay on the charm, shining from inside without even trying.

Happy Father's Day: Keith & Sunday Rose

In celebration of Father's Day, Mlle. Kiddie looks at daddy-kiddo relationships this month.

While Mlle. Kiddie does not know Keith's exact birth time, there is no disputing that his moon lies in the sign of Cancer, pairing up nicely with Sunday's Cancer Sun & Venus. Sunday is sure to be daddy's little girl, if daddy has any say in the matter! One of the primary ways Keith will want to take care of his little girl is to make sure she feels sheltered, and he will go to great lengths to make sure her emotional needs are met beyond her physical needs.

Cancer is a very gentle and nurturing energy but don't get between a Cancer and their baby or you'll be meeting Mama Bear, not a little crab. But with Sunday, Keith is tender and will definitely be wrapped around his daughter's little finger, probably giving in to her a little more often than a parent should since she tugs on his heartstrings so easily. His Mars in disciplined Capricorn will help him to lay down the rules a little better, even while his gentle heart breaks!

A handful of factors in Keith's chart create a potential overwhelm of intensity for Sunday. Keith's Mars lands right on Sunday's Pluto, and Keith's Pluto lands right on Sunday's Moon. Those factors coupled with Keith's intense Scorpio Sun can indicate that Keith's passion, intensity, and any issues with anger he may have can feel very frightening and overwhelming to Sunday, who has a much gentler disposition over all. Since it's Sunday's Moon (heart) and Keith's Pluto (facing fears), Sunday's desire to love and care for her dad will definitely help him become an even stronger and braver person than he already is. Of course, who can't say that parenthood has simply had to make them braver!?

Keith and Sunday also have a very Venusian influence on each other; each of their Venus is in the same sign as the other's Moon (Keith's Venus in Virgo to Sunday's Moon in Virgo, and Sunday's Venus in Cancer to Keith's Moon in Cancer). Not only do they love each other, but there's probably going to be a fair amount of liking each other and getting along, which is what Venus links between people create: harmony. This can help mitigate some of the overwhelming effects of Keith's intensity on Sunday.
