Just Jared.com has photos of Grey's Anatomy star and double Scorpio Ellen Pompeo leaving her Pilate's class yesterday on his site. Pompeo is said to be having a baby girl who is expected in October.

Mrs. McDreamy in reel life is said to be having a daughter with real life husband record producer Chris Ivery.

Pompeo bumped into Nicole Ritchie about three weeks ago at The Juvenille Shop on Ventura in LA (Sherman Oaks).

Ritchie helped her with her baby gift registry.

Pompeo's registry notes that the baby is a girl.
