Hilary Duff and her husband welcomed their first baby, baby boy Luca Cruz, Tuesday evening. Mlle. Kiddie cast the chart for around 7 pm, although an official birth time has not been made public.
Born with the best of both worlds, Luca was born under an energetic Aries Sun and a sweetheart Pisces Moon.
